McKinley, otherwise known as Denali, an Athabaskan Indian name meaning the “The High One”. It is the highest peak in North America at 20,320 ft. Discover the region’s glaciated landscape consisting of alpine tundra and taiga forest that support a grand array of wildlife including grizzly bears, caribou, Dall sheep, moose, golden eagles and wolves.
