This program offers a school science trip digging for dinosaurs in Montana.  These science fossil digs take part in the Badlands of eastern Montana, searching for 65 million-year-old dinosaurs in the fossil-rich area known as the Hell Creek Formation located near the small town of Jordan. This region of Montana is also known as the dinosaur capitol of the world.  Join our guides in digging up Jurassic era bones that are sure to bring dinosaurs to life in the hearts of students.   Findings in this area have uncovered three horned Triceratops, the Duck-Billed Hadrosaur, and even the ferocious Tyrannosaurus Rex. Upon joining the expedition, participants take part in actual field techniques used to find, collect, and preserve dinosaur fossils.
